Free Consultation

Your first consultation will come at no charge. This gives us a chance to get to know one another and for you to ask any and all questions you may have about what a doula is and what my services entail.

Intrapartum

During your intrapartum period I will be there to support you through your pregnancy, teach you relaxation and breathing techniques for labor, and answer questions you may have. I will be on call 24/7 for you from weeks 37 to 43.

Birth Support

After you have your first signs of labor you can call me to come anytime you feel you are in need of my support. During labor I will be there to support and encourage you as you progress through the stages of labor. I will stay with you form the time you call to 1-2 hours after the birth, or until you feel comfortable.

Postpartum

Postpartum I will visit you 1-2 weeks after your baby is born. During this time I will give some information on postpartum, your baby, and answer any questions. I can also help with some breastfeeding education. At this time I may ask that you do a review of my services with me and consult you on how you think I preformed.
